QlintAI fits into your workflow. It does not ask you to replace it.
Support already happens somewhere. The job of an assistant is to show up there — not to become another system your team has to remember to open.
What QlintAI connects to.
Gmail and Google Workspace
Connect a personal or shared support mailbox. QlintAI reads the conversations it is given access to and can place approved drafts back in Gmail as ordinary drafts.
Learn moreMicrosoft Outlook and Microsoft 365
The same capabilities on Microsoft, including shared and delegated mailboxes. Neither provider is treated as the default; both are supported directly.
Learn moreOpenAI models
Language and reasoning run on OpenAI models behind a provider abstraction, so the underlying model can be changed without changing how your team works.
Learn moreYour documents
PDF, Word, Markdown, plain text, CSV and JSON files become searchable company knowledge that drafts can cite.
Learn moreAccess is granted deliberately and can be taken back.
Signing in to QlintAI and giving QlintAI access to a mailbox are two different decisions, made at two different moments.
Signing in shares only your name and email address.
Mailbox access is requested separately, per mailbox, by someone allowed to grant it.
You can disconnect a mailbox at any time; QlintAI stops reading it immediately.
Message content is never used to answer for another company.
What we will not do
We will not list integrations we have not built. If you need QlintAI to work with a helpdesk, CRM or ticketing system you already run, tell us which one and we will be straight with you about whether it exists, is planned, or is not on the roadmap.
