AI for support email — where most B2B support still happens.
Chat gets the attention. Email carries the complicated cases: the ones with history, attachments, commitments and consequences. That is the work QlintAI is built for.
Support email is slow for structural reasons. A thread carries weeks of context, the question is often buried in the third paragraph, and answering properly means checking three places before writing a word.
QlintAI reconstructs the thread, separates out the questions the customer actually asked, retrieves the company material that answers them, and writes a reply in the customer's own language. What it could not verify is stated plainly in the draft rather than papered over.
The reply is prepared in QlintAI or placed directly into Gmail or Outlook as an ordinary draft. Either way, a person sends it.
Threads, not messages
A case is the whole conversation. QlintAI reads the history, not just the last message, so the answer accounts for what was already promised.
The customer's language
Replies follow the language the customer wrote in, with your workspace language as the fallback. Tone and answer length are workspace settings.
Commitments that survive the thread
Deadlines, promises and waiting-on items are extracted as tracked work objects, so a follow-up promised on Friday is still visible on Tuesday.
Drafts in your mail client
Approved drafts can be written into Gmail or Outlook, so the final step happens in the client your team already trusts.
What good AI email support looks like.
- The whole thread is understood, not just the newest message
- The customer's actual questions are listed separately
- Every claim in the draft can be traced to a source
- Missing information is requested rather than assumed
- Commitments made in the reply become tracked items
- A person approves before anything is sent
