We are building the colleague every support team wishes they could clone.
Not a bot that answers customers instead of your team — an assistant that gives every person on the team the knowledge, memory and preparation your most experienced colleague already has.
QlintAI started from an observation that is obvious once you have worked a support inbox: the hard part is rarely writing. It is remembering which version fixed the fault, what was promised to this customer in March, where the current policy is written down, and whether the exception still applies.
Generic AI assistants write fluently and know none of that. They produce text that sounds like your company but is not accountable to it. For a support team, that is worse than no help at all.
So we built the other half. QlintAI takes the reasoning ability of modern language models and surrounds it with the things a model cannot know on its own: your documentation, your history, your terminology, your rules, and a human who approves before anything reaches a customer.
We are early, and we are careful about what we claim. The product is real, the controls described on this site exist, and where something is still ahead of us we say so.
What we will not trade away.
The knowledge already exists
Almost every answer a support team needs has been written before, by someone in the same company. The problem is retrieval, not intelligence.
A person should stay responsible
Automating the sending of email is the easy part and the wrong part. We automate the preparation and leave the judgement where it belongs.
Claims need sources
An answer without a source is a guess with good grammar. Everything QlintAI asserts should be traceable to a document, a thread or an explicit rule.
Software should be calm
Support work is dense and stressful enough. The interface should be quiet, fast and honest about what it does not know.
Work with us early.
The teams using QlintAI now shape what it becomes. If your support work runs on email and your knowledge is scattered across people and documents, we would like to hear from you.
